With our researching and publishing activity we contribute to the development of discussion and to deepening of theoretical knowledge about the topic of CSR in Slovakia. We try to spread the offer of relevant information for firms, which made an strategic decision to do business in a social responsible way.

◊ Baseline Study On CSR Practises In The New EU Member States, UNDP, 2007
The United Nations Development Programme Regional Centre in Slovakia published unique research on the current situation of corporate responsibility in the country. This study is a part of a large-scale project aimed at the promotion of corporate responsibility in the region of eight countries – Slovakia, Hungary, Poland, Bulgaria, Croatia, Turkey, Macedonia, and Lithuania. The research in Slovakia was carried out by the Centre for the Research of Ethnicity and Culture. The outcome of the study will become a basis for the creation of a National CSR Strategy, which is to be developed in every participating country. The Pontis Foundation is proud to be an expert partner of this project in Slovakia.

◊ The Perceiving of CSR by Slovak People (2004 - 2006)
In the survey, we observe every year how Slovak citizens perceive CSR.

◊ The Album of Business Leaders Forum Activities 
In this publication, prepared and published in March 2006 in cooperation with members of the Business Leaders Forum (BLF) , we presented a brief description of nearly 30 activities that have been carried out, arranged in four categories. The activity´s goal is to encourage companies to do business in Slovakia in a sociallyresponsible way and to promote a more comprehensive understanding CSR in Slovakia. The promotion of some of the activities of the association´s members during last two years has resulted in a useful exchange of experience and motivation for others. ◊ Corporate Social Responsibility
In the summer 2005, the first original publication about CSR was produced in Slovakia. The publication results from the cooperation of authors from the Integra Fundation, the Pontis Fundation, the PANET association, and the World Bank. The reader can familiarise himself with the definition of notions from this area and with examples from small, middle, and multinational enterprises operating in Slovakia. The book also addresses CSR in the supply network, preparation of news about CSR, and other topics.
