December 14, 2009 - In January 2010 the Pontis Foundation and its Kenyan partner organization Youth for Conservation start a new project: “Slovak cooperation in IT education at Schools in Kenya”.
This new project seeks to provide at least 4 Kenyan domestic teachers with a 10-day ICT training in their homeland followed by exchange trips to at least 3 Slovak schools, with the aim to familiarize and train the teachers in basic Microsoft Office and internet-user skills, making them able to use these abilities in their own classes and to spread newly acquired knowledge to their colleagues.
