A SILENZIO cabinet in a charity auction in support of Generation 3.0

Robert Hromec donated the first specimen of his unique furniture to a charity auction.

Robert Hromec is one of Slovakia’s most prominent contemporary visual artists. His exhibitions in different corners of the world have been seen by thousands of art lovers, and his works can be found in prestigious collections both at home and abroad. At the same time, he is a big-hearted philanthropist. He donated his unique SILENZIO cabinet to a charity auction in support of Generation 3.0.

Hromec designed the SILENZIO cabinet to the order of a prestigious designer brand Laura Meroni. It is a designer cabinet which is in possession of only several people in the world, including an Arab sheikh. Its price starts at EUR 12,600. Hromec donated the cabinet’s first specimen to the charity auction.

The proceeds from the auction will enable involving top experts and selecting quality projects for further cooperation. For more information, please contact the coordinator Judita Majerová at judita.majerova@nadaciapontis.sk. See also the technical specification of the furniture.

The auction will be held on Tuesday, 23 January 2018, at the Nedbalka Gallery in Bratislava.

The Pontis Foundation values Robert Hromec’s selfless help and interest in contributing to the improvement of education in Slovakia.
