We see corporate volunteering as an integral part of a company&#8217;s CSR and ESG strategy. Volunteer events, collections or expert volunteering develop the most important resources of a company &#8211; <strong>human resources<\/strong>. In addition, volunteering increases <strong>employee satisfaction, loyalty and skills<\/strong>, strengthens the community ecosystem in which the company operates and creates long-term partnerships.
