Unilever Endowment Fund at the Pontis Foundation logo

Unilever Endowment Fund at the Pontis Foundation

Since its establishment in 2017, the Unilever Endowment Fund at the Pontis Foundation has been supporting the development of sports for children. Through cooperation with the non-profit organisation entitled Rozhýb svoje mesto (tr. Get Your Town Moving), it brings various activities to primary schools.

Even though movement is supposed to be a natural part of children’s lives, it has been disappearing almost completely. Therefore, it is necessary to show children what benefits it brings them. The non-profit organisation Rozhýb svohe mesto (tr. Get Your Town Moving), established by Octago, has created the concept of a one-day festival of physical exercise and a healthy lifestyle for primary schools, which is tailor-made for them and also corresponds to modern trends in children’s lives.

Experts in exercise and a healthy lifestyle created the festival to include an active sports, creative, educational and free zone. In each of the zones, students gradually receive a comprehensive dose of information supplemented by physical activity. It is always presented in a fun and attractive way, so the children get engaged enthusiastically.
