The Companies to the Community group was established under the Business Leaders Forum at the initiative of member companies that support volunteering and employee engagement. We see corporate volunteering as an integral part of a company’s CSR and ESG strategy. Volunteer events, collections or expert volunteering develop the most important resources of a company – human resources. In addition, volunteering increases employee satisfaction, loyalty and skills, strengthens the community ecosystem in which the company operates and creates long-term partnerships. This benefits the civil society, employees and the company.
